SUREX Consulting is proud to share our successful partnership with trusted building partner Avium. It started with the design and delivery of Canterbury Boys HIgh School multi-purpose hall and full upgrade of the fire hydrant system for the entire school, including the existing buildings.
The multi-purpose hall included a stage, gymnasium, sports court and amenities, creating a space designed for students and the wider community.
This success was built on shared values: a commitment to quality, the confidence to deliver on live school sites, and a willingness to refine designs for better outcomes. Our technical expertise ensured a fit-for-purpose solution that reduced CAPEX (up-front construction costs) and OPEX (ongoing operating and maintenance costs), while providing construction-ready plans and a clash-free Revit 3D model to avoid delays on site during construction.
The project was handed over to School Infrastructure NSW in February 2024 without any defects recorded for the building services elements.
We are currently delivering three different projects with Avium, which demonstrates our client’s recognition of the quality of the design, responsiveness and ability to resolve challenges on site quickly.
