SUREX Consulting is proud to be part of a vision supercharging the urban community of Waterloo, Sydney.
The Mastery Waterloo is a large, upcoming mixed-use development. Aiming to improve public connectivity, with the creation of new streets, communal gardens, vibrant dining areas and easy access to the future Waterloo metro train station.
The project is set to build 400 apartments, spanning 1.7 hectares, together with a connected retail neighbourhood.
The SUREX Consulting team delivered the full multi-disciplinary package in engineering building services.
The Mastery Waterloo is led by a team who aims to transform Sydney’s lively fringe and how people work and play.
