SUREX Consulting is a boutique luxury building services engineering design company.
Our story
The company was founded in 2022 by Mehdi Zeinali, Saman Abdi and David Rabbani because they saw a gap in the market to provide expertise in all four main building service disciplines (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection) as one company in addition to seeing an opportunity to provide design services that were not just functional but were able to exceed expectations on cost saving, sustainability and support architectural beauty.
As a result, SUREX Consulting’s mantra has evolved to be “invisible yet essential” believing form follows function and can cater to the aesthetics of luxury design. The team recognised that sustained business success is inseparable from the wellbeing and fulfilment of its people, and therefore committed to providing non-executive staff with a fortnightly day off, flexible work-from-home arrangements, and opportunity for ownership stake in the company.
