Forum is not just a place to work. It's Double Bay's new social heartbeat and we were part of making it happen.
Developed by Fortis and designed by Lawton Hurley, this four-storey luxury building sets a new benchmark for co-working in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Three floors of premium workspace sit above a ground-floor experience inspired by high-end hospitality: café, bar, library, rooftop terrace, indoor golf simulator, and bookable meeting rooms, open to members and the public alike.
We were engaged by electrical contractor Elec Comm to deliver the full electrical services design under a design and construct model. That means designing in real time, alongside live construction, fast decisions, no room for rework.
The result: a seamlessly lit, fully powered building that lets Forum's atmosphere do exactly what it was designed to do.
Design completed December 2025. Construction completed February 2026.
