A state significant mid-rise residential development

27–29 Tryon Road, Lindfield has been assessed as a state significant development under the New South Wales planning framework. This mid-rise residential project has seven floors of two and three-bedroom apartments above four levels of basement, crowned by a communal rooftop.

SUREX Consulting was engaged by Bridgestone Projects to lead the full building services design across mechanical, electrical, fire protection and hydraulic from concept through to construction and construction support. Working alongside PTW architects, we contributed early design input including concept design, water and infrastructure management reports, and other supporting documentation to underpin the planning approval.

With approval now in hand, we're moving into detailed design turning a strong foundation into a building ready to be built.
